This is a postal service (French Post) subject to La Poste's terms and conditions of sale.

In case the recipient is not present to receive the package, a delivery notice will be left at the address. The recipient can then request a second delivery or collect the package from the post office designated on the delivery notice. The package must be collected within 15 days; after this period, the package will be returned to the sender. Any additional costs associated with a second delivery are borne by the buyer. Delivery times are purely indicative, and any potential delivery delays will not result in any damages or compensation.
